Floral Birthday Card
Happy July! I can’t quite believe how quickly this year is flying by—it only feels like yesterday we were welcoming in the new year. I hope you’re all keeping well and enjoying the start of the summer season. For this month’s theme, I’ve gone with something summer-inspired, and I couldn’t resist reaching for the Watercolour Bouquet (667069) from the May release. As someone who loves anything floral, this set was an absolute joy to work with. It’s perfect for creating soft, seasonal designs that really capture the beauty of summer blooms. I used some pearlescent watercolour paint on the background… I added some vintage lace to the background and then cut out some flowers and leaves, put foam pads underneath to raise them off the background… I finished the card off by adding a Happy Birthday sentiment!
