Welcome Home Decor Sign

Welcome to my June blog!

Following on from last month’s new release, I’ve been inspired to create something a little different this time—a beautiful handmade “Welcome” sign.

For this project, I used the Garden Gate die (658449) alongside the Nora Alphabet (667065), and they work so well together to create a charming, eye-catching piece. This was such a fun make from start to finish, and I really enjoyed bringing it to life.

I printed of a scene with the path for inside the design…

A cute little wreath was added to the gate with a ladybird…

I added some bunting, which I just made free hand and alternated the colours - white and green…

I made some hole in the backing board so the sign can be hung…

I added a few tiny stones to the path, just to bring it to life a bit!…

How welcoming does that look with the gate open, looks so inviting to go for a walk there doesn’t it?!….

I added some paper flowers, leaves and moss the the brick work…

The design is complete!
