Welcome to my Floral February blog!

Thought I would make a vibrant sewing hoop for this month’s blog, something to brighten up the winter!

I made the rolled flowers using Eileen's Flower die #658053

Think they turned out quite cool.

I have added a picture below on how I cut the flower, I then rolled them into shape, sewed the base and then attached to the hoop.

I rolled a mixture of colours to create a nice design. All the flowers were sown on. The tiny leaves I glued on to the fabric and the pom pom trim was glued on too. 

I added 3 beads to each of the tiny flowers. 

I just love how this embroidery hoop has turned out.
