Special Christmas Delivery
Hi all! It doesn’t seem 5 minutes ago that it was Christmas, but here we are now in July and we are half way to Christmas! Welcome to the Chapter 3 release of Eileen Hull’s new Christmas themed dies.
The dies I have used are;
- Truck 665328
- Wreath & Snowflake 665326
This Truck die goes hand in hand with the Camper die. Both of them together look amazing and are great as storage containers ❤️
So let’s get started on the Truck…..
Step 1: Cuts were done…
Step 2: I then used black ink to cover the wheels…
Step 3: I then started to design the truck using Christmas themed papers oh and of course a bit of sparkly glitter card!
Step 4: I then cut a background paper to fit inside the middle section where the tray is…
Step 5: Once both sides of the truck were decorated with the papers, I then added pen detail to the wheels and to the edging of the truck.
Step 6: I used the bow outline, coloured it red with distress ink ready to mount onto the whole bow…
My design is now complete….
Embossed Christmas Card Tutorial….
Step 1: The cuts/papers are ready to start creating!
Step 2: I then glued the light blue onto the card stock…
Step 3: I then used two different embossing folders to create texture onto the white card which was going to be my main base for the greetings card. I used Distress Ink to add a slight bit of colour around the edges…
Step 4: I added some sky and a frame to the window and added the coloured wreath around the window…
Step 5: I took the snowflakes, used a glittery-blue embossing powder to finish it!
Step 6: I then added the bows etc….
Step 7: The final stage was to add the robin and leaves underneath…
Now complete!
